You can park in front of the house or in the garden. Everything is within walking distance; the train station is just 11 minutes away, where you can also rent bikes. This new house offers all the comfort you need for a great holiday! It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The living area is spacious. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (accessible for guests with reduced mobility) with a private bathroom and toilet. Additional shared toilets and a laundry room are also on this level. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with direct access from the bedrooms on either side), and 2 toilets on the landing. Enjoy the terrace with a barbecue/plancha. Everything is close by: the beach and park are 4 minutes away, the port and shops 15 minutes, and the supermarket and TGV station 10 minutes. The sailing school is a 20-minute walk along the coast, and the 9-hole golf course is 5 minutes by car. Many local activities are available. If needed, our team is available to answer your questions via the booking platform. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be ordered for an extra charge after booking. One pet under 15 kg is allowed per stay, for an extra charge.
